1. The first meeting of the energy ministers of the Central Asian states took place in Astana. Turkmenistan was represented at the meeting by Ambassador Batyr Rejepov. The event was chaired by the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan. 2. Construction of two new dry cargo ships has begun on the territory of the Turkmenbashy International Seaport. Each vessel will have a carrying capacity of 6100 tons, a length of 123 meters, a beam of 16,5 meters and a side height of 8,3 meters.

At the site of the supposed caravanserai, a star-shaped polygonal structure with a diameter of about 12 meters was discovered, which, according to experts, is unique for this region. Initially, the object was considered the remains of a medieval caravanserai, but recent finds refute this hypothesis. New data indicates that the object under study was probably the main mosque or an important administrative building of the capital of the Horezmshah state. Work at the site continues. Scientists plan to conduct further research to clarify the purpose and dating of the unique structure.
