President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Guvanchmyrat Amangeldiev as the new editor-in-chief of the Berektli Toprak newspaper. TDH reports this.
Let us remind that the previous editor-in-chief of the newspaper, Azat Dzhepbarov, was appointed head of the press service of the head of state in September last year.
