2. Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov reported on the implementation of the “Central Electronic System” project for institutions providing public services in Ashgabat. The project, developed by the city administration, is aimed at digitalizing the capital’s utility sector. 3. The Government of Turkmenistan plans to organize a mobile trade in school supplies from August 1 to September 5 this year. Particular attention is paid to the development of digital trade. It is planned to establish delivery of school goods through the electronic systems of shopping centers, textile stores and private manufacturers. Mobile trade will be organized in velayat and etrap centers, as well as in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag.
4. On November 4-5, the international film festival “Gorkut ata” will be held in Turkmenistan. The festival program includes a Forum of directors of the cinematographic sphere of the Turkic states, screening of films from the countries participating in the festival in cinemas and cinema and concert centers in Ashgabat, master classes of famous foreign actors and directors.

6. A trilateral meeting of the heads of transport departments of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Afghanistan took place in the Kazakh city of Aktau. The parties discussed the conditions for transporting goods along the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Afghanistan route with the prospect of access to Pakistan.
