With the active participation of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan, on June 28, the opening ceremony of the Kiosk to promote trade with Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan was held at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The ceremony was attended by LCCI President Kashif Anwar, ambassadors of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, honorary consuls of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, representatives of the Lahore business community and local media.
As reported on the website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan, the Kiosk presents printed materials about business opportunities in the Central Asian region and Azerbaijan, as well as general information about the countries.
Turkmenistan presented at the Kiosk magazines about the domestic and foreign policies pursued by the country, as well as brochures and business directories of state and private companies of Turkmenistan.
Kashif Anwar called this event an important milestone in joint efforts to expand economic cooperation.
