By decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Russia will simultaneously head the country’s diplomatic mission in Bulgaria, TDH reports.

In particular, the Decree stipulates:

“To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Aydogdyev Esen Muhammedovich at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria (with residence in Moscow).”

Let us remind you that Esen Muhammedovich Aydogdyev was appointed to the post of Ambassador to Russia on November 10, 2023.
