With the opening of the new scientific and technological center “Oguzhan” at the Oguzhan University of Engineering and Technology, the university’s research activities in the field of advanced technologies have significantly intensified and expanded, writes the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
Based on the center, created with the support of relevant ministries within the framework of the National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan until 2052, research in the areas of nano-, bio- and environmental technologies, smart technologies, electronics and the IT industry has received a new impetus.
The focus of the center’s specialists is developments in the field of digital economy, artificial intelligence, neural networks and cybersecurity. Their works will open new horizons for the commercialization of scientific achievements and innovative solutions in business and industry.
The work of the Oguzhan Center will significantly expand the university’s research capabilities in creating software products, electronic educational resources and other digital content for various sectors of the economy.
Scientists will receive additional tools to study promising areas and accelerate the development of innovations that are in demand in industry and can ensure import substitution.
