2. Dr. Batyr Berdyklychev began to serve as the representative of the World Health Organization in Russia. Berdyklychev was born in Turkmenistan, previously worked at the WHO Regional Office for Europe, and also headed WHO country offices in the Republic of Belarus and Türkiye.
