The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Kyrgyz Republic Nury Golliev and the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva reviewed the prospects for strengthening the partnership between the two countries in the educational and scientific fields, reports the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.
One of the key topics of discussion was the possibility of introducing lecture programs on studying the cultural heritage of the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi into schools and universities in Kyrgyzstan (within the framework of an extracurricular program). This will not only help strengthen academic ties, but will also help strengthen linguistic traditions and cultural ties between the two countries.
In addition, the parties discussed establishing contacts in the field of scientific research, in particular, the implementation of joint projects in the field of digital technologies, ecology and agriculture.
At the end of the meeting, the diplomat and the minister confirmed their intention to maintain working contacts to implement the planned joint plans for Turkmen-Kyrgyz cooperation in the educational and scientific fields.
