1. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree on the reorganization of the Ministry of Agriculture. According to the document, a number of new industry departments have been created on the basis of the Ministry of Agriculture: State Association Türkmengallaönümleri, State Association of Food Industry, State Association of Livestock and Poultry Industry, State Concern Türkmenpagta and State Association Türkmenobahyzmat.

2. In addition to the monument to the Turkmen poet and thinker, sculptures of foreign writers will be installed in the Magtymguly Fragi cultural and park complex in the south of Ashgabat. Among the applicants are outstanding literary figures from Germany, Great Britain, France, Russia, Türkiye and other countries.

3. The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, according to which the country’s delegation was sent to the cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The document was signed “in order to further improve and modernize the city of Arkadag, in particular, to exchange experience in introducing innovative approaches in this city in the areas of artificial intelligence, the economy of the future, education, urbanization, healthcare, as well as to discuss issues of international cooperation”.

4. In 2024, 3 million seedlings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit trees and grapes will be planted in Turkmenistan. Ministries and industry departments, the hyakimliks of the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, the hyakimliks of the velayats and other institutions are ordered to ensure planting.

5. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution, according to which the hyakimlik of the city of Ashgabat is permitted to conclude contracts with local construction enterprises for the design and construction of secondary schools and kindergartens in the Parahat-7 residential area of the city of Ashgabat with the improvement of the surrounding areas.

6. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution on a significant increase in government procurement prices for wheat and cotton, starting from the 2024 harvest.
