Neuroscientist Russell Foster from the University of Oxford argues that the period from 11:00 to 12:00 is the ideal time for making important decisions and asking for help. Rambler reports this.

According to the professor, from 11:00 to 12:00 there is a peak in human cognitive functions and reaction speed. People at this hour are more inclined to dialogue, compromise and help. This period is also characterized by increased mood.

At other times of the day, decision-making may be influenced by fatigue and workload.
