During the meeting, issues related to the activities of elders to popularize the book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Youth - the support of the Motherland” among young people were discussed.

3. A meeting between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan and the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia was held in Yerevan. The parties discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of sports within the framework of the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding between the relevant departments of the two countries.

4. Turkmenistan Airlines has announced discounts on air tickets on the Ashgabat – Kuala Lumpur – Ashgabat route. The promotion is valid for flights from February 15 to March 30, 2024.

5. The first electric train in Turkmenistan will connect the city of Arkadag and Ashgabat. You can get from one point to another on it in just 18 minutes. The details of the project were discussed at the meeting by representatives of the “Turkmendemiryollary” Agency and the Russian holding JSC “Russian Railways”. During the meeting, the parties also reviewed joint initiatives for the development of the railway infrastructure of Turkmenistan.

The Turkmenistan women's team prepared for the tournament at a twenty-day training camp in Ashgabat. At the CAFA 2024 futsal tournament, the women's national team of Turkmenistan will play with teams from Iran, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The games will be played in a round-robin format, with the winner determined by the highest number of points scored.
