The fifth qualifying game of the third season of the intellectual competition “Young Messengers of the World” took place at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The topic of the next stage was international relations and the foreign policy of the Gajar state in the 18th – first quarter of the 19th centuries, the press service of the university reports.
The game was attended by eight high school students from different regions of Turkmenistan, planning to connect their future with a diplomatic career. The contestants demonstrated good knowledge and the ability to conduct intellectual competition.
As a result of the competition, the winners were Gulayym Bakiyeva from the 11th grade of secondary school № 35 of the Kerki etrap of the Lebap velayat and Seyitmuhammet Gurbangeldyev, a student of the 11th grade of the secondary specialized school № 43 of the Sakarchaga etrap of the Mary velayat. They were presented with valuable gifts from the sponsors of the competition.
The jury of the competition included leading teachers from the Institute of International Relations and the Faculty of History of the Turkmen State University. The intellectual battles were filmed by the Miras TV channel. In the near future, television viewers will be able to see a recording of the game on television.
