President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree conferring the military rank of Major General on the Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan Nazar Muhammetmyradovich Atagaraev, TDH reports.
The corresponding Decree, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, was signed by the head of state during an extended on-site meeting of the State Security Council following the results of 2023.
“To assign the military rank of major general to the Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, Colonel Atagarayev Nazar Muhammetmyradovich,” the text of the document says.
