1. The Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the State Concern “Turkmengas” and the Institute “Nebitgaztaslama” of the State Concern “Turkmenneft” are working on the issue of reducing methane emissions. Scientists have developed a number of specific measures to reduce methane emissions, including through the introduction of modern environmentally friendly technologies in the energy sector, industry and transport.

2. On the eve of the celebration of International Neutrality Day, Turkmenistan is preparing to hold a number of cultural events and ceremonies in December. Celebrations will be organized in honor of the International Day of Neutrality, in addition, there will be an exhibition of Turkish export goods, a joint exhibition of decorative and applied arts of Turkmenistan and Iran, a Week of classical performances of world drama, and a medley concert of Turkmen and foreign classics.

3. A meeting of the High Level Group on the DARYA project was held in Turin. The event was attended by a delegation of Turkmenistan led by Deputy Minister of Education Azat Atayev. The Turkmen delegation was accompanied by employees of the country's diplomatic mission in the republic. In his speech, the Deputy Minister of Education of Turkmenistan spoke about the youth policy being implemented in the country and large-scale development programs covering all spheres of life.

4. A delegation consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Culture and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan went to Pakistan to participate in a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the creative heritage of Magtymguly Fragi, which will be held in Islamabad.

5. The 6th meeting of the Turkmen-Chinese Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee will be held in Ashgabat on November 29, the agenda of which will include current issues of bilateral cooperation. It is planned to discuss interaction in such areas as the oil and gas sector, transport and logistics, agriculture, chemical and textile industries, science and education, high technology, healthcare, etc. Following the meeting, it is planned to sign a corresponding Protocol.

6. Artifacts from the Middle Ages were found at the construction site of the future university of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan in the north-west of Ashgabat. During excavations in the Bagtyyarlyk etrap, ceramic, glazed, unglazed and glassware, pots, lamps, samovars, a bronze pot, a horseshoe, a clay pipe and millstones were discovered. Employees of the construction company immediately reported this to the National Administration of Turkmenistan for the Protection, Study and Restoration of Historical and Cultural Monuments. After which, already learned archaeologists, the artifacts were removed to the surface of the earth, restored and studied.

7. On November 24, Tajikistan celebrated National Flag Day. This holiday was established in 2009 by decree of the President of the Republic Emomali Rahmon. A solemn ceremony of raising the flag of Tajikistan was held in Dushanbe. Representatives of government bodies, public organizations and youth took part in it. President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon congratulated the citizens of the country on the holiday.

8. A team from the UK won the inaugural World Competitive Waste Picking Championships in Tokyo. Teams from more than 20 countries took part in the competition. The UK scored 9 thousand points, collecting a total of 57,27kg of waste. The competition involved searching for empty cans, pieces of plastic and cigarette butts on the streets of Tokyo. Each team of three players, armed with gloves, metal tongs and trash bags, received points based on the amount and type of trash collected.

9. On the eve of the 14th World Kurash Wrestling Championship in Ashgabat, the event participants visited the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. Museum guests were immersed in the centuries-old history of Turkmenistan, viewing exhibitions in eight halls located on two floors. Here, museum staff introduced foreign coaches and athletes to archaeological finds, national values and achievements of Turkmenistan over the years of independence. “The tour of the museums of the Turkmen capital made an indelible impression”, - noted the President of the Kurash Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bahrom Muminov. – For the first time I visited Ashgabat in 2017, when the V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games were held. Over the years, Ashgabat has undoubtedly become prettier; many wonderful facilities have appeared, including sports ones.
