Turkmenistan will hold a number of cultural events in December

On the eve of the celebration of International Neutrality Day, Turkmenistan is preparing to hold a number of cultural events and ceremonies in December. Deputy Prime Minister for Culture Mahrijemal Mammedova reported this during the next meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, TDH reports.

In particular, celebrations will be organized in honor of the International Day of Neutrality, including the song and music event Arkadag Serdarly bagtyýar ýaşlar parahatçylygyň waspçylarydyr!, the “Dialogue is a Guarantee of Peace” forum, laying flowers at the Neutrality Monument and festive performances.

In addition, the winners of the Pähim-paýhas ummany Magtymguly Pyragy competition, announced as part of the competition of the President of Turkmenistan Türkmeniň Altyn asyry, will be awarded, as well as the final of the song competition Ýylyň parlak ýyldyzy.

An exhibition of Turkish export goods, a joint exhibition of decorative and applied arts of Turkmenistan and Iran, a Week of classical performances of world drama, and a medley concert of Turkmen and foreign classics are planned.

Information was also provided about the upcoming New Year's celebrations and the opening of social and industrial facilities.

In connection with the upcoming celebration of International Neutrality Day, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to organize at a high level the main events and opening ceremonies of social and industrial facilities scheduled for December.
