The demand for leather products from Maksat-deri OJSC, one of the largest enterprises in Turkmenistan for the production of leather products, is growing every day. This is evidenced by the expansion of the company’s product range and the increase in the number of customers.
At the production enterprise of Maksat-deri OJSC, located in the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat, the skins of large and small horned animals are processed and high-quality, natural leather products of different colors and thicknesses are made from them. The company's product line includes shoelaces, belts, bags and other products.
The company, which established production in this area in 1997, uses technological equipment from leading European manufacturers and modern production methods. The design capacity of the enterprise permits processing 160 tons of leather per month. 110 experienced workers work here.
The main goal of Maksat-deri OJSC is to effectively supply Turkmen and foreign customers with high-quality and environmentally friendly raw materials.
At present time, leather products produced at the Maksat-deri enterprise are used as raw materials in the production of shoes at the private enterprise Röwşen. In addition, products are exported to Türkiye and Italy.
