In Ashgabat, at school № 97, a competition in educational robotics was held, organized jointly by UNICEF and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
According to newscentralasia.net, the competitions were aimed at raising awareness among schoolchildren, teachers and parents about the pedagogical advantages of educational robotics and motivating them to explore this educational area.
Children from all regions of Turkmenistan took part in the competition and competed in 6 categories. Participants also presented their STEM-related projects, demonstrating mastery of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The outstanding projects were awarded valuable prizes, including TVs, tablets, robotics kits and smart watches.
