1. On September 1, Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of a new complex of buildings of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan. To the applause of the audience, the Head of State cut the symbolic ribbon, opening a new facility. The President got acquainted with the Academy complex, where all conditions have been created for the training of senior managers and civil servants, their professional development in accordance with the requirements of the time.

2. On this day, the President of Turkmenistan also took part in the opening ceremony of a number of educational institutions in the city of Arkadag. The first university that was solemnly opened is the Aba Annayev International Horse Breeding Academy, established on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Then the head of state took part in the opening of the Pedagogical secondary vocational school named after Berdimuhamed Annayev and the Medical secondary vocational school named after Sachly Dursunova.

3. The President of Turkmenistan has replaced the press secretary. The press service of the head of state was headed by the former editor-in-chief of the “Berektli Toprak” newspaper Azat Jepbarov. As the press secretary of the President of Turkmenistan, Azat Jepbarov replaced Kakageldi Charyyardurdyev, who had worked for more than 15 years, and was dismissed from this position today “due to a transfer to another job”.

4. On Friday, at the Joint Turkmen-Russian School named after A.S. Pushkin in Ashgabat, a solemn ceremony of the first bell for 190 first-graders was held. 5. Two dry cargo ships will be built in Turkmenistan at the “Balkan” plant. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” Agency (Turkmen Sea and River Routes) to conclude a contract with the “Balkan” “Shipbuilding and Repair Plant” Open Joint-Stock Company for the construction of two dry cargo ships.

After the launch of the project, inflatable structures in the form of bags will capture spent rocket bodies, non-working geostationary communications satellites and asteroids weighing up to 50 thousand tons in the airless space around the planet. The new garbage collection device does not need docking, unlike other similar designs.

9. From September 1, new rules for placing gadgets on the windshield of a car come into force in Russia. Now drivers are prohibited from installing any objects on the windshield that may limit the view of the road. This ban aims to improve road safety. According to the traffic police, the use of gadgets while driving is one of the main causes of accidents. The list of permitted items does not include, in particular, video recorders, phone or navigator mounts. These devices must be installed in such a way that they do not interfere with the driver's view.
