1. Turkmenistan and Cambodia are discussing the possibilities of expanding cooperation in the field of tourism. In particular, during the meeting of Ambassador Mashalov with the Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Tong Khon, issues of launching direct flights between the states were discussed.

2. The Marine Fleet of Turkmenistan offers services for refueling ships with diesel fuel to foreign ships arriving at the International Seaport of Turkmenbashy. The refueling service is offered not only at the berths of the port of Turkmenbashy, but also at the 78th road section, which significantly saves time on the road and permits ships to go on a given route after refueling. Bunkering is carried out by the Serpay vessel, which, in addition to fuel, has the ability to supply foreign ships with drinking water and food.

3. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan has launched the digital service “Electronic Report”. With this service, employers can submit their sectoral statistical reports to the Labor and Employment Bureau online. Employers wishing to use this service can contact the relevant Department of Labor and Employment.

4. A celebration dedicated to a significant date - the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's membership in UNESCO was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip around the capital, getting acquainted with the progress of work carried out on the territory of the cultural and park complex Magtymguly Fragi located in its southern part, as well as with a number of projects for the development of the main city of the country, which are of great importance in the light of the 300th anniversary of this great poet celebrated in 2024.

6. The government of Uzbekistan has adopted a resolution simplifying the process of obtaining citizenship for foreigners. According to the decree, foreigners and stateless persons can apply to determine the level of knowledge of the state language when obtaining citizenship through public service centers. Previously, foreigners and stateless persons had to be interviewed by the regional examination commission to determine the level of knowledge of the state language.

7. Residents of one of the suburbs of Miami are terrorized by peacocks that have bred. Birds yell loudly at night, damage parked cars and litter all the neighborhoods with their droppings. Local authorities have decided to neuter male peacocks to minimize their breeding. 8. From August 22 to 31, Dubai (UAE) will host the World Para Powerlifting Championship, which will feature 10 Turkmen Paralympic athletes. The Para Powerlifting World Championship is the qualifying round for the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris.

9. Ambassador of Japan to Turkmenistan Yamamoto Hiroyuki met with the head of the Judo Federation of Turkmenistan Velmurad Gurbanmyradov, as well as the head coach of the national judo team Kazuhiko Tokuno. During the meeting, Hiroyuki presented the Federation with a diploma of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan for the development and popularization of judo in Turkmenistan. Ambassador Yamamoto Hiroyuki expressed hope for further success of Turkmen judokas in international competitions, especially at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. He wished good luck to Kazuhiko Tokuno, who arrived in Ashgabat this spring and will train the Turkmenistan national judo team for two years.
