Today, the famous ex-football player and coach, who has achieved resounding success in working with foreign teams and clubs, is celebrating his jubilee, the Russian Football Union reports.
“Having started his coaching career as a head coach of the football school of the sports committee of Turkmenistan, in 1988 Valery Kuzmich received an invitation to work in Cameroon. Having led the national team of this country, he brought the Cameroon national team to the quarterfinals of the 1990 World Cup. Previously, no African country has managed to reach this stage of the World Cup.
Then on the football path of Nepomnyashchiy there were clubs from Turkey, Korea, China, Japan and Uzbekistan. In Russia, Valery Kuzmich headed Tom, Baltika, and also worked as an adviser to the president of CSKA on sports issues.
