1. The sister cities of Arkadag and Telavi intend to develop exchanges in the areas of sericulture and winemaking. This was announced by the head of the Georgian news agency NewsDay Georgia Avtandil Otinashvili. In his opinion, the twinning of cities is a huge step towards the activation of economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries.

3. Turkmen schoolchildren took part in the 27th International Balkan Junior Olympiad in Mathematics, which was held in the capital of the Republic of Albania - the city of Tirana.
