Rudi Garcia replaced Luciano Spalletti as “Napoli” manager

French specialist Rudi Garcia has been appointed head coach of “Napoli”, reports “Match TV” with reference to the press service of the Italian football club.

The details of the agreement are not specified. As head coach of the Neapolitans, Garsi was replaced by Luciano Spalletti, who led the team to the first championship in 33 years.

In May, “Napoli” President Aurelio De Laurentiis announced that Spalletti would leave the club after the end of the 2022/23 season, he intends to take a year off.

Garcia previously coached French clubs “Saint-Étienne”, “Dijon”, “Lille”, “Marseille” and “Lyon”, from 2013 to 2016 he headed the Italian “Roma”. The last place of work of the 59 years old specialist was the Saudi “Al-Nasr”, which is played by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Garcia led “Lille” to victory in the French championship and the national Cup, with “Marseille” reached the final of the Europa League.
