1. Speaking at the first “Central Asia-China” summit in the ancient Chinese city of Xi'an, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed to continue work on the implementation of new projects related to the supply of Turkmen natural gas to China. “Taking into account the energy policy of Turkmenistan, based on the diversification of the supply of Turkmen energy resources to international markets, and if the parties are interested, we could continue to work on the implementation of new projects related to the supply of Turkmen natural gas to China”, - Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.

2. In the residential complex “Parahat-7” with the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the opening ceremony of a 9-storey 54-apartment building was held. The new residential building was erected by the builders of the individual enterprise Kerwenli dowamat. Secondary schools, kindergartens, recreation areas, a mosque, retail outlets, a diversified market and other facilities have been built on the territory of the residential complex.

3. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin presented copies of his credentials to Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Vepa Hajiyev. 64 years old Ivan Volynkin, who was previously director of the consular department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, replaced Alexander Blokhin as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Turkmenistan.

The implementation of a number of promising projects was discussed by the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Mammethan Chakiyev with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin. The meeting, which was also attended by Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, was held on the sidelines of the International Economic Forum that opened in Kazan. Marat Khusnullin noted the high level of bilateral cooperation between Russia and Turkmenistan.
