The activity of the postal company “Turkmenpost” on the introduction of advanced technologies was reflected in the speech of the Chairman of the Agency “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Hajimurat Hudayguliyev at the II International Conference “International transport and transit corridors: interconnection and development – 2023” held in the Turkmen capital.
The report was presented at the thematic session “Recent trends in digitalization in trade and logistics” and was devoted to the role of postal items in modern realities.
As noted, with the development of information digital resources in Turkmenistan, a lot of work is being done to modernize the work of state structures, improve services provided to the population using the Internet. In this regard, the activities of the postal service company “Turkmenpost”, which actively implements modern approaches in the development and availability of its services, are indicative.
Speaking about this, the head of the Agency “Turkmenaragatnashyk” focused on the multifunctional mobile application Çapar developed and implemented by the company “Turkmenpost”, which is currently used by a significant part of the country's population.
Let us remind that using the Çapar application, you can purchase train and plane tickets, pay for utilities, communications and television, courier delivery of mail, as well as fines for traffic violations and other services.
