Recently, Japanese seismologist Jun Matsuo arrived in Turkmenistan for further work.

As reported in the social networks of the Embassy of Japan in Turkmenistan, Jun Matsuo will work in the velayats of the country in cooperation with the Turkmen Research Institute of Seismology.

The task of the seismologist is to promote the Ashgabat Earthquake Monitoring Improvement Project (JICA technical cooperation project).
