1. Three polling stations will be opened in Turkmenistan for voting in a referendum on the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which will be held on April 30. The sites will be organized in Ashgabat, Dashoguz and Turkmenabat.

2. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development invites women entrepreneurs to take part in a mentoring school within the framework of the “Women in Business” program. The program starts on May 2. The selection of participants will be carried out on a competitive basis. Participation in the program is free.

5. The gala concert of Turkmen pop artists was held with great success at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. The program of the evening included world hits of film music. People's Artist of Turkmenistan Atageldy Garyagdyev performed the songs “Melody” and “Blue Eternity” from the repertoire of Muslim Magomayev, Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Ahmed Atajanov performed Indian hits. The concert was also attended by the musicians of the “Ovaz” orchestra and the State Choir of Turkmenistan under the direction of Haidar Eminov.

According to the Turkmenistan Ice Hockey Federation, representatives of the Kazan team arrived in Ashgabat to train the players of the national team of Turkmenistan for the upcoming games at the World Championship in South Africa. The highly experienced coach Artyom Anisimov supervises the training process, he has coaches of goalkeepers, defenders and forwards as his assistants. In addition, the legendary Danis Zaripov shares his experience with the hockey players of the national team of Turkmenistan.

9. FIFA has deprived Peru of the right to host the 2023 FIFA Youth World Cup. “This decision was made due to the inability of the host country to fulfill its obligations to create the infrastructure necessary to host the tournament”, - FIFA said in a statement. The tournament was to be held in Peru from November 10 to December 2, 2023. The new tournament organizer will be announced later. Tournament dates remain unchanged for the time being.
