The Russian holding “Rosgeologiya” is ready to assist its Turkmen colleagues in the search and justification of geological objects suitable for the creation of underground gas storage facilities, including the search and exploration of groundwater deposits using electrical tomography, as well as in engineering and geological surveys, reports oilcapital.ru with reference to “Interfax”.
- “Rosgeo also offers its innovative developments to the oilmen of Turkmenistan, including the “GeoAudit” technology to search for “missed” deposits in existing oil and gas fields and M3 vibroseismic sources of its own production”, - the company said, following the results of the Turkmen-Russian business-forum in Ashgabat.
As the head of “Rosgeologiya” Sergey Gorkov noted, the Russian company has something to offer its Turkmen colleagues in search of “missing” deposits, which are traditionally found in old fields.
“We know how to search. Secondly, the shelf, the transit zone, here we have good competence, world-class. Today we started discussing this issue”, added Gorkov.
