1. A loan of up to 20 thousand manats for 3 years at 1% per annum can be obtained by young spouses whose marriage was concluded after the signing by the President of Turkmenistan of the Resolution on improving the social and housing conditions of young families on September 23, 2022. It is important to note that both spouses at the time of marriage should not be older than 35 years.
2. On January 8, weather forecasters predict a sharp cooling in Turkmenistan. The warm cyclone will go to the northeast, arctic air will rush into its rear, which, having passed through the European territory of Russia and western Kazakhstan, will reach the north of Turkmenistan on January 8. 5. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a law on the preservation and revival of national dog breeds - Tazy and Tobet. Tazy and Tobet in Kazakhstan are under the threat of extinction. To preserve these breeds, a special National Center has been created in Kazakhstan, whose tasks will include training experts of the breed, holding exhibitions and dog reviews.
6. In Kyrgyzstan, a ban on artists to perform to a phonogram is legally fixed. The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Altynbek Maksutov. It is prohibited to perform to a phonogram at mass cultural events, in philharmonics, concert halls, clubs, sporting events, as well as in theaters, museums and libraries.
7. It became known who will enter the headquarters of the new “Sochi” head coach Kurban Berdyev. His assistants will be Dmitry Hohlov, Dmitry Kirichenko and Alexander Matsyura. Kirichenko was part of Berdyev's headquarters in Iranian “Traktor”, “Kairat” and “Rostov”, while Hohlov previously headed “Rotor”, “Dynamo” Moscow and “Kuban”.
