Portuguese forward of “Al-Nasr” Cristiano Ronaldo, taking into account advertising contracts, will receive nearly 200 million Euro per season. This is the largest amount in the history of football, Marca reports.

The salary of the 37-years-old football player under contract with the club from Saudi Arabia will slightly less than 100 million Euro, and the rest is advertising income.

In Saudi Arabia, arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo is considered a status signing due to which the country will appear on the football map of the word. Contract of Ronaldo with “Al-Nasr” is until the summer of 2025. And then for another 5 years the football player will serve as the Ambassador of the Saudi Arabia in the application for the right to host the 2030 World Cup. Saudi Arabia has put forward a bid to host the 2030 World Cup together with Greece and Egypt.

Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United earlier. This season, the striker took part in 10 matches of the English Premier League and scored one goal. Ronaldo was part of the Portuguese national team at the 2022 World Cup.

“Al-Nasr” Football Club was founded in 1955, is based in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, the name translates as “Victory”, the home colors are yellow and blue. “Al-Nasr” only once in its history has reached AFС Champions League final in 1995 they lost to the Korean “Ilva”. However, in 1998, the Arabians won the Asian Cup Winners' Cup and the Asian Super Cup.
