The number of Turkmen tourists who visited Azerbaijan this November is 5,1 times higher than in the same month last year.
As reports Trend, with reference to the Azerbaijan State Tourism Agency, the number of Turkmen citizens who visited Azerbaijan in November 2022 amounted to 1600 people. In November last year there were 308 people.
The State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan has included Turkmenistan in the top 15 countries in terms of the number of tourists visiting Azerbaijan in November 2022.
In total, 135 370 foreigners visited Azerbaijan this November. This is 54% more than in the same month last year – 86 061 people, the source notes.
