The new food line was launched in the spring of 2022 and has already gained popularity among consumers. The spread is actively purchased by confectionery manufacturers, and ghee is popular with the population.
Spread and ghee is a mixture of vegetable fats, which is produced by processing cottonseed oil. The enterprise produces a food product with a volume of 200 grams and 5, 10, 20 kilograms. The fat content of the product is 40%, 60%, 70%, 82%.
A high-quality product is suitable for making pastry cream, as well as for delicious lush pastries. By the way, in Europe, the word spread, which means “smear”, refers to products that are easy to spread on cookies, toast and ordinary bread.
Ghee produced under the Hazyna brand is packaged in containers of 700 grams, 2 and 15 kilograms. The fat content of the product is 99,8%.
It should also be noted that the company uses local raw materials to produce its high-quality products.
The production enterprise of the economic company Owadan Ülke is located in the Ak-Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat. The plant has German equipment with an automated system. In addition, the company has a laboratory that controls all stages of production and product quality.
In addition to ghee and spread, ES Owadan Ülke produces canned vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes and sweet peppers, various types of pickled platter, adjika, pepper and tomato paste, several types of mayonnaise and ketchup under the Nur, Mylaýym and Hazyna trademarks.
