The national football team of Turkmenistan (U-17) took the second place in group “A” during the qualifying tournament of the Asian Cup-2023.
Japan took the first place (12 points). Then go the teams of Turkmenistan (5), Jordan (5), Syria (5) and Philippines (0). Three teams have equal number of points (5 each), but due to the personal meetings Turkmenistan is higher.
The national youth team of Japan has entered the final part of the Youth Asian Cup (U-17), which will take place in Bahrain on March 3-to, 2023.
Earlier we reported that the national youth team of Turkmenistan drew with the team of Jordan and didn’t manage to enter the Asian Cup-2023 for football.
