The elder of Osh of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamyt Tashtanov went by bicycle to the city of Busra (Türkiye) for the participation at the IV World Nomad Games, the IA “Kabar” reports.
In the farewell ceremony of the 75-years old Tashtanov took part the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Osh region, the Vice-Mayor of Osh, cultural figures, etc.
The cyclist will take the route through Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Türkiye.
As noted in the message, the purpose of the event is to strengthen the friendship of the peoples of the Turkic-speaking countries.
