The delegation of Turkmenistan will visit the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from June 27 to July 1, 2022. The corresponding order was signed today by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the information program “Watan” of the Turkmen television reported.

The Turkmen delegation was sent to Hanoi “to discuss bilateral issues in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, scientific, educational and urban planning spheres, as well as to hold business panels, meetings and negotiations,” the document says.

The issue of sending a delegation consisting of specialized specialists, including builders, to Vietnam in order to improve their skills and exchange experience with partners from developed countries was first raised on June 4 by Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during an inspection of work at the construction site of the new administrative center of Ahal velayat.

Moreover, the chairman of the State committee on construction of the centre of Ahal velayat Deryageldi Orazov informed that in order to supply marble necessary for the construction of facilities in the country on economically favorable terms, negotiations were held with business structures from around the world, including with production structures of Vietnam on its purchase and training of specialists.

It was also marked that increase of the professional level and experience of Turkmen builders ensures a high quality of planned works and their correspondence to the modern requirements.

We remind that a new administrative center of Ahal is the first in Turkmenistan “Smart” city with a cost of 1.5 milliard US dollars is constructed in the very heart of the country in 30 kilometers southwest of Ashgabat. The start of this large-scale project was given in April 2019. The construction is carried out in two stages. 2-, 5-, 7- and 9-storey residential buildings designed for 12 thousand 324 families will be built in the new velayat center. City infrastructure will, also, include a complex of objects of social and other facilities: kindergartens, schools and other specialized educational institutions, institutions in the fields of healthcare, culture, trade and services, sports facilities, administrative buildings, etc., as well as transport and communication and engineering systems.

Construction of the first stage of the administrative centre of Ahal veleyat must be finished in December of the present year - by the Day of Neutrality of Turkmenistan.
