Preliminary results of the work of the “KAMAZ” service center in Turkmenbashi have been summed up

The official representative of the largest automobile corporation of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan KAMAZ FTC Corp. LLP, in an interview with a correspondent of Turkmenportal, summed up the results of the six-month operation of the first service center in Balkan region.

The “KAMAZ” service centre in Turkmenbashi city was opened in November 2021. Its key task is to carry out activities for warranty, service and maintenance of cars, sale of spare parts, as well as training of specialists.

An important social component of the project on development of the service centre was the creation of new jobs. In less than a year of operation the staff of the centre was staffed with certified specialists. Thus, customer service is carried out in accordance with international standards.

The centre is equipped with the modern equipment for diagnostics and repair of the whole range of “KAMAZ” chassis vehicles. It includes administration building, repair workshop consisting of three service stations and one station for car wash. By an average at present moment nearly 10 automobiles are served per day in Turkmenbashi.

Moreover, it is planned to complete the construction of other “KAMAZ” service centres in velayats of the country, which facilitate the creation of new jobs.
