1. Trade between Turkmenistan and Iran through the Sarakhs border terminal will resume from June 1, 2022. Foreign vehicles, together with drivers, are permitted to cross the border along the Sarakhs-Farap-Sarakhs route, if all necessary requirements are met.

2. The transport departments of Turkmenistan will purchase new aircrafts, diesel locomotives, passenger cars, mini-buses, airliners and build sea vessels. According to the Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakiyev, such measure should contribute to the creation of new jobs for citizens.

3. The 52 large industrial and social facilities will be put into operation in Turkmenistan in 2022. Among the facilities under construction are healthcare and educational institutions, residential buildings, shopping centers, and industrial enterprises that will increase the capacity of various industries.

4. Memorial events were held in Turkmenistan in memory of the deceased President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. In memory of the deceased head of the Arab state, sadaka was given in the mosque located in Kyoshi and in the Palace of Orphans.

5. The first Gas Turbine Service Center is being prepared to be put into operation in the Bezmeyin etrap of Ashgabat. At present time, General Electric provides service maintenance of gas turbines of various capacities in the country.

6. Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital are invited to attend the “Jazz Shades” concert on June 4. Famous musicians in the capital participate in the concert program: Vladimir Mkrtumov (keyboards), Aram Bezikian (drums), Igor Shevtsov (bass guitar). The concert will be held at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, beginning at 19:00.

10. Vladislav Tretiak was reelected as President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RHF). Tretiak has been the head of the FHR since 2006. 11. Turkmenbashi “Shagadam” became the winner of the Cup of the Balkan velayat, having beaten the Balkanabat “Nebithci” (2:1) on the last game day. The game was held at the “Sport Toplumy” stadium in Balkanabat. The best player of the tournament was “Shagadam” midfielder Ihlas Magtymov. The best goalkeeper is Perhat Hajitaganov, representing “Nebitchi”.
