Among the products, manufactured by Turkmenbashi oil processing complex this year, new types of fuel were produced. These are 1701 tons of diesel fuel for marine vessels, a trial batch of A-98 gasoline and five and a half tons of Jet A1 aviation kerosene, reported on the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
The new fuel, which meets international quality standards, is obtained from basic fractions and additional ingredients.
The oil processing complex includes the main plant in Turkmenbashi city and Seydi oil refinery. As a result of the first quarter of this year the index of production growth at the main plant of the TOPC amounted to 100,7 % while fulfilling the quarterly plan to 110,5% in compared to the same period last year.
More than 76 thousand tons of motor gasoline were produced in comparison with the announced plan. At the same time, the fulfillment of the plan for A-95 motor gasoline, which is in great demand in the markets, amounted to 106,4%, the production growth rate was 112,4%. More than 33 thousand tons of A-92 gasoline were issued in excess of the plan, and about 28,5 thousand tons of A-80 gasoline.
In general, the TOPC oil supplies for the 1st quarter increased compared to the same period last year by almost 5000 tons while fulfilling the supply by 110,3%. The quarterly production program for oil refining was completed by the TOPC plants by 110,7%.
