The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries is looking for contractors to develop, design and perform a full range of work on the establishment of an automated system for accounting for oil and petroleum products with a unified data collection, processing and transmitting system (SCADA) at the TOPC.
Today, the relevant international bid has been announced in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
It will be possible to submit an application for participation in the competition to the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of TOPC within 60 working days starting from March 31.
