Penza public and political figure Roman Amstislavsky this year organized a visit to the festival of young people with disabilities, notes www.kommersant.ru.
Amstislavsky suggested:
“I think it is necessary to hold such festivals as often as possible and involve more and more participants in it. I would also like to note the possibility of using “Sursky Yar” for inclusive tourism. Today, the Penza region is one of the leaders in the number and quality of places, which we can say is the territory of equal opportunities.”
The festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Penza Region, the Moksha District branch of the Russian Geographical Society and the Juno Holiday Center, is held annually.
