An award ceremony was held in Ashgabat as part of the “Entrepreneur of the Year 2020” contest, organized by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

The celebration took place on the final day of the exhibition-fair on the occasion of the celebration of the 13th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
In accordance with the UIEP, the award ceremony was attended by members of the Management Board of the two organizations, as well as more than 170 members of the UIEP.

The competition was held in 13 categories:

“Industrialist of the year”;
“Farmer of the year”;
“Leading entrepreneur of the year in trade and services”;
“Construction Company of the year”;
“Female Entrepreneur of the year”;
“Agricultural producer of new products of the year” and “Producer of new industrial products of the year”;
“Entrepreneur of the year in the field of art”;
“Leading Exporter of the year”;
“Leading Entrepreneurs of the year from Ashgabat and velayats”;
“Leading entrepreneur of the year for the introduction of innovative technologies and the digital economy in production”;
“Producer of environmentally friendly products of the year”;
“Leading mentor of the UIEP”;
“Leading private educational institution of the year”.

74 entrepreneurs from all over the country received commemorative insignia and certificates of honor.

Thus, in the category “Industrialist of the year”, the 1st place was awarded to Rejepova Ayhan and her company “Gerçek”, in the category “Farmer of the year”, the 1st place was awarded to the dayhan association “Nurly meýdan”. The first place in the category “Leading entrepreneur of the year in the field of trade and services” was awarded to entrepreneur N. Gaparov and his online store Ynamdar.com.

In the category “Female Entrepreneur of the year”, the best businesswomen were Yagmurova Baramgul from Dashoguz velayat, the head of the IE “Saglyk” Zerhal Narmamedova from Lebap, Oguloraz Hudaykuliyeva from Mary velayat, Ashirova Bayramgul from the Balkan velayat and Toychieva Aygozel from Ahal.

The first place as the leading exporter of the year was awarded to IE “Datly şerbet”. The leader in construction was the company “Altyn”. The first places in the categories “Agricultural Producer of new products of the year” and “Producer of new industrial products of the year” were awarded to IE “Parahat” and IE “Begler ýoly”, respectively.

1st place in the category “Leading Entrepreneur of the year for the introduction of innovative technologies and the digital economy in production” was awarded to ES “Aýdyň gijeler”. The leading position in the production of environmentally friendly products was taken by the ES “Ajaýyp ussat halal onümleri”.

The best private educational institution is recognized as the ES “Päk nesil”.
