Russian representative office of Turkmenistan Airlines informs that in connection with COVID-19 pandemic and in the aims of passengers safety the cancellation of all international flights is extended till 31st of January 2021 inclusively.

Tickets are valid until 31st of December 2021. Passengers of cancelled flights can exchange their tickets on any flight till indicated date. To do this it is necessary to wait until resumption of flights and contact the place of purchase of the ticket to exchange it. If the trip does not take place, then the passenger can apply for a refund at the same time, the information underlines.
