Mr. Ravinder Raina, who has many years of experience in training and advising public and private organizations around the world, introduced participants to international best practices in the use of information and communication technologies in trade. He also reviewed the market approach to marketing, marketing strategy, e-Commerce concepts, transaction flows in e-Commerce, global trends in e-Commerce, features of business models, marketing tools

in e-Commerce, strategic foundations of e-Commerce and programs for the development of e-Commerce.

"The topic of online training is relevant, as the world community is increasingly switching to the use of advanced information and marketing technologies in domestic and international trade," he said.

Within the framework of the joint project, UNDP seeks to strengthen the trade sphere in Turkmenistan by attracting international best practices, experienced specialists and consultants from all over the world. To this end, a number of activities were planned to increase the capacity of national trade experts and specialists of the Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan and other relevant national trade organizations.
