President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Law "on approval and implementation of the Administrative procedure code of Turkmenistan", the information program "Watan" of the Turkmen television reported.
In accordance with the Law, the approved Administrative procedure code of Turkmenistan will enter into force on July 1, 2021. Administrative cases submitted to the courts of Turkmenistan and not considered before July 1, 2021, are subject to consideration in accordance with the Civil procedure code of Turkmenistan.
"Until the laws and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan are brought into compliance with the Administrative procedure code of Turkmenistan, they are effective insofar as they do not contradict this Code," the document says.
The administrative procedure code of Turkmenistan is published in today's newspaper issues.
