Mobile operator "Altyn Asyr" has released a new application Şahsy Otag

Subscribers of the “Altyn Asyr” JSC operator are increasingly solving their questions on the go-in the Töleg mobile app. And even more so, they don't want to waste their time going to customer service points. With the new Şahsy Otag app, subscribers will not need to do this.

They can solve any of their needs: changing the tariff, disabling or enabling services, paying for services, or asking for support — without leaving their home. The app is currently available for iOS and Android operating systems.

To log in to the app, you don't need to remember your password or type commands, just enter the code from the SMS that comes from the number 0831.

To make it easier for new users to master the app's functionality, the developers added screens with hints about the most popular features.

The main screen really contains all the most important things for subscribers: balance, balances on service packages and expenses in the current month. The subscriber sees all this information in a visual form. Access to popular sections is available by clicking on the icon in the tap bar at the bottom of the screen.

In the new app, the subscriber does not need to order details to view information about charges. To do this, just go to the "Expenses" section, which displays all charges up to calls and SMS.

"Altyn Asyr" tried to make a real assistant for subscribers for every day, with which everything is simple and clear.
