More than 70 exhibition stands demonstrating the country's success in all spheres will be presented at the Exhibition of economic achievements of Turkmenistan, which will open in Ashgabat on the eve of the 29th anniversary of the country's independence. This was announced at the Cabinet meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Chary Gylyjov.
Expositions at the exhibition will be presented by both state and private enterprises.
The Deputy Prime Minister also said that a scientific and practical conference "Digital economy-an important direction of economic growth" is planned to be held within the framework of the exhibition.
After hearing the information, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that fundamental changes have taken place in all sectors of the national economy, large-scale work has been carried out, and great success has been achieved.
"Today, Turkmenistan is widely known as a rapidly developing state based on high technologies, where large – scale projects and constructive initiatives are successfully implemented," the head of state stressed and gave instructions to ensure a high level of the planned forums.
