At the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed the special importance attached to the construction of social and household infrastructure, roads, irrigation and water supply systems in the velayats. In this regard, Deputy Prime Minister Shamuhammet Durdylyev, who oversees the construction and industrial complex, was instructed to take strict control over the construction of new buildings for various purposes and ensure their timely commissioning, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
Noting the slow pace of implementation of the relevant programs, the delay in the construction of some facilities from the planned schedule, the head of state instructed to ensure the effectiveness of the work carried out in this direction.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov pointed out the importance of a comprehensive approach to issues related to the continuation of work on the creation of an energy ring within the country and the laying of power lines Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan, as well as attracting investment in the relevant industries.
Addressing the hyakim attending the meeting, the head of state emphasized the need to take appropriate measures to successfully implement the tasks outlined in the National rural program, in particular, to systematically improve the living conditions of the local population through accelerated construction of residential buildings, important socio-cultural and infrastructure facilities in the country.
In this regard, the President of Turkmenistan once again stressed the importance of a well-thought-out approach to the construction of all new buildings and the timely completion of work carried out on them.
