Dashoguz enterprise "Shavat" increases production volumes

Dashoguz open-type joint-stock company "Şawat", which has almost half a century of experience in the production of high-quality dairy products, is increasing its production volumes.

In 2014, the joint-stock company became a part of the economic company "Ýüpek ýoly gurluşyk". The company produces more than 30 types of high-quality dairy products every day, according to the newspaper "Rysgal".

The capacity of the enterprise allows processing 15 tons of milk per day. Thousands of tons of milk are processed annually under the supervision of experienced specialists. The company's products are sold in stores in velayat and other regions of the country. Butter, kefir, sour cream, cheese, ayran, suzme, cottage cheese and other dairy products of the company are gaining popularity among customers.

All products undergo special quality checks and meet national and international standards.

In the first half of this year, the company produced and sold products totaling 3 million 400 thousand manats. Compared to the same period last year, the growth of milk and dairy products production was 126 %. Raw materials for the production of dairy products are purchased from the local population and strictly monitor their quality and fat content.

Currently, a livestock farm of a joint-stock company is being built in the Ruhubelent etrap of the Dashoguz velayat, designed for 1300 heads of cattle.

So far, only the first part of it has been put into operation, and about 400 heads of cattle are raised here.

The company plans to increase production and enter the international market.
