Today, Deputy foreign Minister of Turkmenistan B. Myatiev met with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain for international Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Abdullah al Khalifa in a videoconference format.
The sides discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields, noting the importance of bilateral contacts at the highest level and active interaction between foreign ministries. The possibilities of expanding inter-parliamentary cooperation were discussed.
Was discussed the possibility of expanding cooperation between business circles of the two countries, including investment attraction, business forums and promoting partnership in the oil and gas industry in the framework of the joint intergovernmental Turkmen-Bahraini Commission on economic, trade and scientific-technical cooperation, MFA of Turkmenistan.
