During his visit to the Caspian sea resort, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarized himself with the projects of social facilities proposed for construction within the framework of regional development, in particular, the Avaza National tourist zone. In General, there were presented the projects of the cottage complex, which is planned to be built on the seaside, various schemes, and sketches, allowing to get a clear idea of the characteristic features of the buildings, according to the State Information Agency of Turkmenistan.
Among the envisaged new buildings – cottage-type houses, water desalination facilities, specialized hotels with water pools for children and adults, a summer restaurant. The implementation of these projects is entrusted to the members of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of the country.
The total area of the complex, which will create comfortable conditions for living and recreation at any time of the year, will be 10 hectares. In total, the cottages will accommodate 192 rooms for 768 people. In addition, the complex is planned facilities in the form of traditional "White yurts" ("Ak öý").
After reviewing the projects, the head of state noted that their preparation should take into account the peculiarities of the local natural landscape, and, along with the creation of favorable conditions for people's recreation, the environmental aspect should not be overlooked.
The President also stressed that the construction of such facilities should take into account their functional purpose. So, in cottages, all conditions for large families should be provided. In addition, it is necessary to think through every detail, including the location of the Windows, which will allow tourists and tourists to enjoy the beauty of this picturesque corner.
In continuation of the topic, the head of state noted that all works on the construction of the new complex should fully meet modern requirements. Focusing on the importance of a harmonious combination of the traditions of national architecture and modern best practices in the field of architecture, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed the need to ensure the high quality of construction and gave a number of instructions in this regard.
With the implementation of these projects, the national tourist zone "Avaza" will enter a new stage of its development. At the same time, special importance is attached to the active use of innovative technologies. All this will contribute to the improvement and expansion of the infrastructure of the sea resort on the Caspian coast, strengthening its status as a center of international tourism and cooperation.
The key criteria in the implementation of such socially-oriented projects are health, comfortable rest of people, high level of service. An important requirement is also the creation of engineering, technical and communication systems of new complexes, the head of state noted, giving appropriate instructions in this regard.
