The International Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies (ISMEO) and the University of Naples L'Orientale are starting archaeological cooperation with Turkmenistan, supporting the activities of the University of Bologna in Margush / Togolok, the official website of the Italian Embassy in Turkmenistan reports.
According to the information, the first project will concern the creation of a base camp for scientists, researchers and students.
